1. I request permission to give an oral presentation titled, "Geographic
Perspectives on Soviet Agriculture."
2. When approved, I intend 'to give the oral presentation to students in
a graduate seminar on Soviet geography at the Geor e Washington University on
2 April 1981. The course is taught by OGSR. STATINTL
3. None of the material in the oral presentation is classified.
4. I am not under cover. I will be identified as an Agency employee but
will make the standard disclaimer indicating that the views expressed are my
own and not necessarily those of the Agency.
