SUBJECT: Visit of Indiana State University
1. Attached is a list of names, dates of birth, places of birth, and
Social Security numbers of a group (9 students and one professor) from
Indiana State University, Evansville, Indiana, who will be visiting the
Agency on 17 May 1984. They will be receiving briefings in Room 1E78 by

In reference to your request on behalf of Indiana State University, I am
pleased to confirm that your visit to CIA Headquarters has been scheduled for
Thursday, 17 May, between 2:00 - 3:15 p.m. will brief you STAT
on the state of U.S. intelligence. A representative from personnel will be
available to answer any questions that you may have on career opportunities.
We ask that you arrive at approximately 1:45 p.m.
Thank you for sending in the list confirming that all attendees are U.S.
citizens. We cannot admit foreign nationals. Please let me know if any
handicapped persons will attend so that I can make special arrangements to
assist them. Some form of identification with photograph must be shown to the
receptionist upon entering the building. Since we have limited parking
facilities, I'll need to know the number and description of vehicles you will
be arriving in. Buses should plan to stay here for the duration of your
visit; otherwise, special arrangements must be made with the gate. Please
notify me in advance of your visit so I may take care of any arrangements to
be made.
The Agency allows neither hazardous equipment--such as weapons or
explosives--nor cameras, recording devices, or radio transmitters to be
brought into the building.
