SUBJECT: DDA Supplemental Support Package--Phase III
1. Forwarded herewith is our final draft of the Supplemental
Support Package. We have tried to incorporate all of your submissions,
added some of our own, and have attempted to weave all of this
information into some form of a cohesive whole.
2. Please review this final draft with a very critical eye,
particularly with regard to your resources and the justification
data in support thereof. If you have any changes or additions,
please make them on the. attached copy and return the adjusted copy
to us by COB 8 April 1982. Please ensure that your respective
Office Directors concur in your submissions. After your suggested
modifications are incorporated into the final draft, we intend to
submit the package on 12 April 1982, to the DDA for his approval.
