You are invited to attend the next Formats Standards Subcommittee (FSS)
STAT meeting scheduled for Monday, 9 July 1984, from 0900-1100.

The FSS will reconsider the "precis proposal" and discuss a Department of
State proposal to conform to the standard Community format for DOS cables, as
presented to the IHC on 22 June 1984. (State proposed that it take its
incoming cables at DOS HQ in the usual ATS-format, add ACP format headers and
retransmit to other agencies. In addition, changes to field designators will
be made,.) Hope you will attend.
