SUBJECT: Review of DMA Draft Statement of Work for
Video Disc Production
1. The IHC has been requested to review and comment on the Draft
Statement of Work for Contracting Video Laser Disc Production dated June
1984. You are requested to review this document and provide us with your
comments before 19 June 1984 in order that we may consider any suggestions
which you may have for inclusion in our comments.
2. This is being requested under the following understandings and
conditions:
a. Neither the BDM Corporation nor any of its subsidiaries will bid
in the proposed contract, either as a prime contractor or as a sub-
contractor in association with any other bidder.
b. The contents of the subject draft will only be revealed to you
and any BDM employees from whom you require technical support for the
purpose of this task.
c. You and all other agents and employees of BDM Corporation to whom
the subject draft may be disclosed, either in whole or in part, will
not reveal the contents thereof to any other person or party other
than members of the IHC staff or government members of the IHC
Subcommittee on Geographic Information Systems, until the contents
STAT have been made public by DMA.
