expressing your strong support for the Department's FY
1984 Reporting and Analysis Supplemental and F711 1985
budget request. It is an excellent letter.
. Since the House Appropriations Subcommittee marked up
the Department's bill on May 10 and approved all the
Department's reporting and analysis positions, I am
