SUBJECT: STAP Planning Meeting'

1. The Chairman has scheduled a STAP planning meeting for Thursday,
'16 February 1984, at 1600 hours, in room 6W02, Community Headquarters Building
i:CHB). The purpose of the meeting is to finalize the schedule and agenda for
the 28-29 February plenary session and conduct other business, as
appropriate.
2. Proposed topics for discussion or comments concerning the planning
meeting should be provided to the Executive Secretary at
secure. Agendas for both the planning meeting and the quarterly plenary
session will be distributed in the near future.
