SUBJECT: NWMP III Intelligence Working Group (IWG) Meeting, 3 May 1984
1. The Intelligence Working Group convened on 3 May at the Pentagon to
receive a briefing on the threat to mobile systems in CONUS, and to receive a
status report on NWMP III. The Acting Chairman presented a schedule for
formal implementation of the IWG program for NWMP III, as follows:
10 May - Chairman presents prebrief to DUSD/R&E (C31) (1000)
- IWG presentation to NWMP Executive Review Board (1400-1530)
14 May - Initial meeting of NWMP Senior Review Board for Intelligence-
(1500-1700)
15 May - Request for survivability data issued to NFIP & non-NFIP
Program Managers.
2. The proposed composition of the Senior Review Board for Intelligence
(SRB-1) was given as follows:
