OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR
1. Effective 1 March 1972, the Intelligence Community Staff
(DCI/IC) was established to supersede the National Intelligence Programs
Evaluation Staff (DCI/NIPE).
2. The organization of DCI/IC is as follows:
(a) Deputy to the Director of Central Intelligence, Intelligence
Community (D/DCI/IC)
(b) Assistant Deputy to the Director of Central Intelligence,
Intelligence Community (AD/DCI/IC)
(c) Community Comptroller Group, Intelligence Community
(CCG/IC)
(d) Planning and Evaluation Group, Intelligence Community
(PEG/IC)
(e) Product Review Group, Intelligence Community (PRG/IC)
(f) Data Support Group, Intelligence Community (DSG/IC)
3. Also effective 1 March 1972, the following officials were appointed
to DCI/IC:
(a) Bronson Tweedy - Deputy to the Director of Central
Intelligence, Intelligence Community (D/DCI/IC)
(b) Thomas A. Parrott - Assistant Deputy to the Director
of Central Intelligence, Intelligence Community (AD/DCI/IC)
