2. I have called for FY-74 data. However, I intend to write at
memo to Mr. Tweedy, advising them of the uniform
objection to providing FY-74 data and the reasons therefore. CCPcan
do it; does it now for their own purposes; but no one else in the ;com-
munity does. Therefore, you don't have to raise this point again
in your comments on the attached.
