Casey Director Central Intelligence Agency Washington, D. C. 20505 COMMITTEE ON THE JUDICIARY WASHINGTON, D.C. 20510 Dear Mr. Casey: It has been brought to my attention that had his private airplane destroyed in its hangar in Deer Valley, Arizona. Exccu lk"y Registry My understanding of the situation is that the hangar was broken into, and with metal cutters and such, the plane was destroyed. On and around the plane were Palestine Liberation Organization and Nazi insignias. These facts lead me to question who might be involved an act such as this, whether the people who destroyed aircraft have an international affiliation. I strongly encourage you to investigate this matter as quickly as possible. I am concerned about the impli- cations of an occurrence as dreadful as this. keep ene Karp, my Administrative Assistant, or me informed of your progress in this matter. We can both be reached at 224-4521. Very truly yours, DENNIS DeCONCINI United States Senator Approved For Release 2008/10/30: CIA-RDP86M00886R000700170001-9 ~lnited tats senate STAT STAT STAT STAT
