Reynolds Secretary-General NCSC XII Honorable John McMann Deputy Director Central Intelligence Agency Washington, D.C. 20505 DEAN PETER F. KROGH Counselor AMB. DONALD F. McHENRY Counselor AMB. DAVID D. NEWSOM Counselor On behalf of the Twelfth Annual National Collegiate Security Council (NCSC XII) sponsored by the Georgetown International Relations Association, I am pleased to invite you to deliver the keynote address on October 11, 12, or 13, 1984. Several hundred college students from all over the United States will be participating as delegates to NCSC XII. In this program, these politically-minded students will have the opportunity to serve as foreign ministers or U.N. ambassadors for four days. NCSC XII is organized around a crisis management center that directs realistic simulated crises on foreign policy and defense matters that these "world leaders" must address and resolve in accordance with their individual national policies and goals. [,chile I appreciate your very busy schedule, particularly at this time, I sincerely hope you will be able to deliver this keynote address on defense and foreign policy at Georgetown University. I believe this would prove to be a very good forum to discuss select defense or foreign policy issues for the Administration. I have heard outstanding comments about you and your work from my professor Dr. Ray Cline and Congressman Bob Lagomarsino. I have also notified the Public Affairs Office of the CIA about this invitation. Again, Mr. McMann, we would be greatly honored by your attendance at this major educational event at Georgetown University. BOX 1F,nF tanYA cTATtnM ? rnRnRC.FTn\NAi cocrTV \., ter, .
