The DCI has instructed me to provide you and Ms. Tillman material for use
in relating leaks on Central America to pending issue decisions in Washington.
Attached is a list of 24 news stories involving ostensible intelligence
revelations concerning Central America, all of which were published since
October 1983. Included, where available, are copies of the actual published
or broadcast material.
