To note weport by the Special Assistant to the Presi-
dent for National Security Affairs that the President);
upon recommendation of the Deputy Attorney General and
the Chairman, Council on Foreign Economic-Policy, has
agreed to rescind the request for a study on the subject
contained in NSC Action No. 1356-c, while taking note of
the actions being taken in this field as a result of the
recent report prepared under the direction of Mt. Ralph
I. Straus for the Department of State.
