answering your letter to him of 6 September 1961/concerning
classification of the strategic materials stockpile.
You request that we advise Mr. ?Ellis. the Director of
the Office of Civil and Defense Mobilisation, of the Agency
viaw on the classification question. We communicated the
?Agency position on this matter to Mr. Ellis by letter dated
9 September 1941 in response to a query from him. A copy of
that letter is enclosed for your information.
