We reviewed the documents forwarded to the Agency fur downgrading
or declassification under your request of August 23, 1983. Our review
decisions follow:

b. Information on Infiltration Into South Vietnam: CIA
will declassify, provided the Department of the Army. concurs.
If the Department. of the Army concurs, we would appreciate
notification of the action so that we may record the change
in our records.
