Period Ending 10 March 1983 F__1
1. Progress Report on Tasks Assigned by the DCI/DDCI:

the Preceding Week:
b. Merger of Registries: The Office of Logistics' (OL)
Registry was merged with the Office of Communications' (OC)
Registry on 3 March 1983. This combined registry is functioning
very well and is expected to provide more efficient service to
both OL and OC. With the antici ated move of elements of the
Office of Finance (OF) into the Building, OL suggested that
OF may want to consider providing additional staffing to the
OL/OC Registry and have it support OF as well.
c. New Building Design: Evaluation of alternative
construction concepts has led to a recommendation of a final con-
cept. This concept was presented to senior Agency management on
9 March 1983. All design resources will now focus on the
selected concept.
