Approved For Release 2009/05/22 : CIA-RDP87-00352R000100030036-6 Systems Analysis Branch/P&PS/OL WEEKLY STATUS REPORT Week of 28 February to 04 March 1983 I. Major Activities During the Past Week: A. Support to OL: INFO (INFO Applications). The new version of the system was loaded on VM1 on 4 March. All commands are now operational. The ODP/SDD/ICSB staff have the responsibili and test all future versions from the HENCO Company. (U) II. General Items: A. Support to OL: TRAINING. attended the Basic Statistical Concepts course at CoC from28 February to 4 March. (U) III. Problems: A. Support to OL: FARS (Federal Automated Requisitioning System). Personnel'in the Interdepartmental Support Branch/SD/OL are in the process of backing up all their files to tape in order to load all FARS data and programs to a new diskpack. This process is necessary due to hardware errors that surfaced during daily processing on the current diskpack. To backup and restore all files as well as prepare the diskpack is an involved and time-consuming process. Some minor problems that surfaced during the process have been taken care of. (U) IV.
