During the Preceding Wee :
Electronic Requisition Test Mode
During the past week, SMB held discussions with
representatives of the Office of Communications regarding a phased
approach to electronic requisitioning using the existing Inventory
Control System (ICS) capabilities. Phase I of this proposal will
limit OC to stock draw down on their allocated inventories. A
detailed action plan to implement this new initiative is being
developed.
Executive Furniture Catalog
As a result of a meeting with of Logistics 25X1
Services Division, the Analytical and Catalog Section (ACS) is
making certain changes in the first draft of the Executive Furniture
Catalog. The second draft will be ready for to to review by 25X1
the end of this week.
Current Agency Excess Property Listing 25X1
The latest excess property list, dated 13 May 1983,
has been published and is in the process of bein distributed. All
items are reflected under Allocation 16.
