ICS (Inventory Control System). ICS has not been receiving
invoice data from CONIF since the interface processing began on 1
October. To begin with, it was thought that the problem was
strictly due to the extract from CONIF. This extract was changed
last week but ICS was still not getting data in their SUSPENSE
file as they should have. Upon closer investigation, it was found
to be a failure on the part of ICS to properly load and update the
INVOICE and SUSPENSE files. We will be running the interface
processing from ICS to CONIF ourselves next week until ICS has all

went to visit DATEX on 9
December. While we were there we watched the communications
between FARS and DATEX and got a better feeling of the problems
that have been occurring during communications. Next week DATEX
would like FARS to send test files to see if the new system that
we are on is causing the problems.
