WEEKLY REPORT
PERIOD ENDING 14 MARCH 1984
I. Progress Report on Tasks Assigned by DCI/DDCI:
No items this reporting period.
II. Items/Events of Major Interest:
b. Transportation: Special limousine service was
provided touropean Division, DDO on 6 March.
c. Construction Drawings: Construction drawings are in
progress for SOVA/ move to 4E corridor.
d. Building Backfill: Room 7D00 Backfill,
O/DCI. The electricians completdthe installation of critical
power. The carpenters have re-installed the ceiling tiles and
painting has been completed. Only remaining work is for GSA
engineers and capping of telephone outlets. Carpet
installation is being scheduled.
The Sheet Metal Shop is presently installing expanded
metal between room 7C18 and 7C24 to meet VTR specifications for
the DCI/Comptroller. Carpenters are.continuing work in the
area and are approximately 40 percent complete.
Final revised drawings for Offices of Personnel and
Security, DA and LA Division, DO, Room 3E29,, will be completed
and released to the contractor by 14 March.
e. Planter Barricade: Planters for the Northeast and
Southwest entrances will be delivered on Friday, 23 March. The
highway barricade presently at the Northeast entrance will be
relocated to the Northwest entrance.

f. Hydraulic Barricades: Drawings for the installation
g. Security Trailer - West Lot Entrance: Proposals from
two contractors were received and the low proposal was
$19,850. A 2420 in the amount of $20,000 was received from
OS/LS on 12 March 1984. The specifications are being typed in
final. Contract will be submitted for legal review and
signatures on 14 March with award occuring shortly thereafter.
Contractor has indicated that he will try to start work 7 days
of the hydraulic barricades are .nearing completion.
