a. Supply Division Questionnaire
The finished document was received from P$PD on
28 June and approximately 70 copies were distrubuted to SD
customers during the past week. Responses are already being
received and analyzed by the Operations Support Branch. We have

questionnaire.
b. Training

Supply Officer Trainee has been
enrolled in the OTE language program "Survival Spanish" for the
period 9-20 July.
c. TDY Support
25X1 has been assigned to the
25X1 CATF on a temporary basis. was originally
25X1 scheduled for PCS assignment but has been
delayed due to Funding Considerations. Barry will return to
25X1 ODerations Supp 7 t Branch upon completion of his TDY. (Author:

The transfer of responsibility for management
ofl to the office of Training and Education is nearly
complete. Representatives from OL and OTE met on 9 July to work
out the transfer of finances. This will be accomplished within

1. Items or Events of Major Interest that have Occurred during the
Preceding Week:
c. Silver Recovery Program: During this reporting period a
total of 5129 pounds of burn materiel was picked up from NPIC and
-for delivery to Fort Meade, Maryland for processing. (S) MET
d. Support to the Office of Communications:
1. Depot personnel arranged for commercial export 25X1
packing of a dual 7-ton walk-in chiller under a Depot packing
contract. Commerical packing of thi
approximately 100 production hours.
2. Fifteen M-40 printer shipping containers were
fabricated by Depot personnel for use by the OC/Repair and Return
section.
f. General: Forty-three excess Remington Rand safes were
delivere two the General Services Administration. Building A. for
disposition to other government agencies.
