These security enhancements will afford a strictive control of vehicle access to these buildings. In addition, Procurement Division is negotiating a contract for guards to be located at each building during the hours of high occupancy from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. These guards will be able to better control vehicles entering It is anticipated that all of the access controls and the guards will be in place during the month of September 1984. e. 2430 E Street - Representatives from Lee-Thorp Consulting Engineers, OTS/LOGS, and RECD met on 5 July 1984 for a walk-through of all HVAC systems within the South, Central, and East Buildings.
