1. Progress Report on Tasks Assigned by the DCI/DDCI:
OMB Circular A-76: Difficulty has been experienced
in collecting data from the Department of Defense. A
position paper should be complete prior to 8 August
1984. (U)
2. Items or Events of Major Interest That Have Occurred
During the Preceding Week:
a. Bid Protest: A bid protest filed by G-4, Inc.,
with the General Accounting Office has now been
withdrawn. The basis for the protest was nonissuance of
a request for best and final offers. When such a request
was issued, the protest was withdrawn. (U)

Discussions are being held between CIA contracting
c. Maintenance and Operation Contract: Allied
Maintenance Corporation has been note ie that it is the
winner of the competition for the M$O contract
