2-week TDY in support of Near East and Europe Divisions.
b. Temporary Moratorium on the Purchase and Leasing of
Vehicles
On 21 November 1984, at the direction of the DDA, the
Office of Logistics temporarily suspended processing
requests for the purchase and leasing of vehicles. It is
understood that further guidance and clarification on this
subject will be forthcoming from OMB. Agency components
affected by this moratorium have been notified.
