SUBJECT: Update of "A Study of Harassments and
Provocations"
1. Reference is made to the attached memorandum,
dated 12 August 1981, from wherein he
requested that appropriate elements within the Personnel
Security and Investigations Directorate should provide
examples of harassments and provocations in vignette format.
2. The External Activities Branch normally receives oral
reports of harassments and provocations in bits and pieces
from the DO desks.
3. We also have received examples in vignette format
East Asia Security Officer (copy attached).
4. Please advise if additional data are required,
