will be taken up again with OL.
d. The Chairman has received a note from the Suggestion
Award Committee regarding the proposed paving of the
pathway from the southwest entrance to the south loading
dock. Lack of resources prevents action and lack of
action makes it difficult to justify an award to the
person who sent in the suggestion that the pathway be
paved. Blocking the path with fences or plants as an
alternative was suggested in the note. The FAC will
recommend against any barrier across the pathway and
once again suggest a certificate of appreciation be
given to the suggestor for his concern.

was brought up. Due to the lack of water, the land-
scaping in this area seems to be dying. Several
suggestions for this area were made, including a rock
garden and a cactus garden. stated that the
Agency no longer has a resident landscaper but she would
seek information about the types of planting which could
survive the lack of water in summer and the cold of this
area's winters.
5. There will be no FAC meeting in September. The next FAC
