conservators to look at the paintings at different times.

OIS, with copies to OP, OS, and OL. Agreement has been received

d. I Ireported he had not inspected the
wilderness path since a last meeting of the FAC, but the fact
that the wilderness path had not been completely covered with
wood chips has been brought to the attention of the GSA Building
Manager.
e. The lighting of the Presidential photographs was
discussed. All the existing light fixtures have been turned on,
but some still have bulbs missing.
f. It was suggested that the Agency instructions on
how to obtain replacement room signs be updated. However, since
all components do not yet have the new room signs, it was decided
to wait until this has been accomplished before issuing instruc-
tions regarding replacements.
g. Mr. Johnson reported that nothing had been heard
from Mr. Melzac since the last meeting regarding the rotation of
the pictures he has loaned the Agency, but renewed discussion is
expected in the near future.
h. A letter has been sent to the DCI acquainting him
with the work of the FAC and describing Mr. Melzac's loan of
paintings to this Agency.
a. It was noted that several trees in the Agency
grounds have not withstood the winter. They will be replaced in
the fall. The problem of the shrubs under the roof overhang near
the north cafeteria was brought up. Some shrubs have died,
apparently from lack of water.

about this at the moment.
