1. Attached is the first tangible evidence we have seen of a
STATINTL Resource Management Staff (RMS) initiative in the area of Community
long-range planning. over note is self-explanatory
as is, I think, my short note back to him.
2. I would urge you to share the RMS draft outline, tentative
though it may be, with your Office Director and other key component
managers because it provides a sense of where Community planners
think they should be going. I would encourage any comments that
you or others in your office would like to make or feel appropriate.
