o New system (APEX) provides:
1. Single uniform control_,system for operational
data, intelligence information and finished product,
2. Maximum dissemination at non-codeword levels,
3. Compartments only that clearly warranting special
protection.
o Graphic of system - four areas:
4. Selected product dissemination.
o Bottom Line
1. Single system rather than many.
2. Delimits number of operational clearance.
3. Controls and restricts product clearance on a
strict need-to-know basis.
4. Makes available much more decompartmented intelligence,
especially for tactical commanders.
