SUBJECT: Comments on "Plan for Development of Tactical
Fusion Centers"
1. If the plan is accepted as an input to the overall
DoD Master Plan for Intelligence Support to Tactical Commanders,
.it serves that purpose.. If it is read alone, it lacks substantive
information on requirements, i.e., it appears to be "technology
push" rather 'than -"demand pull".
2. The lack of consideration of tactical inputs from
national fusion centers may well pose a serious interface problem
in the future, even though the doctrine and concept is included
in the Master Plan. '
