Training Branch
1. Effective immediately, a Training Branch is hereby established
under the direction and supervision of the Chief, Administrative Staff.
The Training Branch will be responsible.'for planning, coordinating, and
administering NPIC training programs to be conducted within the Center,
or to be provided by external resources.
2. Effective 24 September 1962"1 is appointed
Chief, Training Branch, Administrative Staff. is a career
training officer who is transferring to NPIC from the CIA Office of
Training. He will be located in Room 605, Steuart Building, telephone
