REVIEW AND UPDATE OF NPIC
REGULATORY ISSUANCES
1. It will be our objective in the coming months to
examine all existing NPIC regulatory issuances and to amend,
revise or rescind those that are no longer current or rele-
vant. An initial review has been completed and all
issuances listed in the attachment to this Notice are hereby
rescinded. These should be removed from your manuals
immediately and destroyed.
2. There are remaining a number of issuances that are
somewhat outdated, but which are still necessary to NPIC
operations and activities. These are being retained in the
manual until revisions can be coordinated and published.
The NPIC Records Management Officer will be in touch with
the Group and Staff Chiefs to coordinate this continuing
refinement of our regulatory system.
