Your Senior Evaluator, John Tipton, has been intimately involved in the
investigation of Nazi war criminals for some years. is knowledge would
greatly enhance any hearings this Committee stay hold on the subject. I,
therefore, would appreciate your detailing Mr. Tipton to the Judiciary
Committee for any hearings which may be scheduled.
