language IPD is using in letters
to FOIA requesters now that the
CIA Information Act of 1984 is
in effect. As the attached show,
we now inform new requesters that
their request will be processed
in accordance with 5 USC 552
and 50 USC 431. For requests
received prior to enactment of
the new legislation, but were
processed in accordance with it,
we inform the requester in our
final response letter that his
request was processed in accord-
ance with 5 USC 552 and 50 USC 431
