Approved For Release 2006/12116 :CIA-RDP87B01034R000100010008-5 EXCLUSION FROM THE FEDERAL LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS PROGKAM By.the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and statutes of the United States of America, including Section 7103(b) of Title 5 of the United States Code, and in order to exempt nationwide the Personnel Investigations Program of the Office of Personnel Management from coverage of Chapter 71 of Title 5 of the United States Code, it is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 12171 is amended by adding thereto the following new Section: "1-213.
