1. In early October, members were asked for comments on a proposed
revision of DCID 1/20. Recommendations by the DIA and OSD members provided
the basis for further revision, which is attached.
2. Members are asked to review the attached draft revision and to
provide their concurrences or comments to the staff by 20 December 1984.
