Attached for your review and concurrence or comment is a memorandum
to me from the Chairman of the SECOM Compartmentation Subcommittee for-
warding draft revisions of DCIDs 1/7 and 1/20. I plan to ask for a
formal vote by members on these revisions at the next meeting of the
SECOM, scheduled for 17 November 1982.
