1. As requested in reference, the following brief
comments cover information on revision of DCIDs. In
general, we agree that perhaps this is not the time
to pursue an overall revision. The Office of Security,
however, has been working for some time on the revision
of the DCIDs that pertain to Security. These are ongoing
efforts and timing of completion and coordination is not
known. Mr.-Gambino has cited DCID 7, 11, 14 and 15 as
those on which rewriting is being done.
