LEGISLATIVE LIAISON COMMUNITY CONFERENCE
THEME: The Intelligence Community and the 99th Congress
OBJECTIVES: To establish Intelligence Community programs and priorities in
the 99th Congress:
-- to achieve consistency and effectiveness in presenting our
programs to Congress;
-- to present DCI's goals for legislative liaison with the 99th
Congress;
-- to establish interchange and coordination among Community
liaison officers; and
