SUBJECT: Request for Approval to Incur Expenses
on 27 June 1985
1. Approval is requested to incur expenses allowed under
(U) 25X1
2. I believe the expenditure of appropriated funds is
authorized under for the costs of a reception and dinner 25X1
in the Director's Dining Room on 27 June 1985 for the participants
in the Ambassadorial Seminar. (U)
3. Although we have not received the names of the partici-
pants from the Department of State, we expect approximately 16
newly appointed Ambassadors and three State Department officers. (U)
4. Other U.S. Government employees present, including their
title and organizational affiliation, will be:
