the Director of Central Intelligence Casey. Attendance will be principals
plus one.
2. The tentative agenda includes:
--Whether the national net assessment of the hostile intelligence
threat should be published annually or every 18 months; and
--Whether the apex of the counterintelligence and countermeasures
policymaking structure requires reorganization or revitalization.

4. The Secretariat would be pleased to learn if any of the principals
