SUBJECT: The Soviet-Cuban Connection in Central America
and the Caribbean
This is pretty good. On page 10 there should be a paragraph on
atrocities, burned Indian villages, relocation, deportation, refugees,
reeducation camps, travel restrictions, and other clamp-downs on the
opposition. On page 22, it would appear to me that Afghanistan and
Ethiopia could be added in after Vietnam on the seventh line from the
bottom.
Can you get to me on Monday a write-up suggesting this
with details on the atrocities, etc. There is a start on this in my
Union League Club speech attached on page 4.
