This report describes some of the observations, analyses, conclusions and recommendations of the AHSG on selected critical issues related to the Army's LHX aircraft program. the basis for LHX, LHX program management, technology risk assessment,-speed, and one versus two-man flight crew are .discussed in the initial sections of this report.
