SUBJECT: Presidential Policy Directive -- Trade Adjustment
Assistance
Pursuant to the October 21 memorandum from the Economic Policy
Council, the President has decided to continue opposing the Trade
Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program, but increase Title III of
the Job Training Partnership Act by $100 million.-
