SUBJECT: Statutory Age Authority
Pursuant to the authority contained in section 5(f) of the CIA Act
of 1949, as amended, no person older than age 35 shall be appointed as
a Career Trainee from outside the Agency. The authority to set
additional age criteria for original appointments to other Agency
operational positions is hereby delegated to you.
