Thank you for inviting a speaker from the Central Intelligence Agency to
address the Windsor High School Law and Contemporary Issues Class.
Due to limited resources, it is our policy not to brief secondary
schools. Therefore, we are unable to send a speaker from this Agency. Also
we are not a law enforcement agency and as a result could not address this
subject. Since you have already heard speakers from the FBI and the Secret
Service, you might be interested in trying the State Department, which is the
U.S. Government's focal point for foreign policy and could possibly fit in
with the contemporary issues portion of your course. Their address is:
