Thank you very much for your letter of November 12, in which
you declined our invitation to speak at Yale this year. We
understand your predicament; between your official duties and
your travel plans, you are obviously kept very busy.
It is for this reason that we extend a second invitation to you-r_
to speak at one of our colloquiums at any time in the next two
years (fall 1986 through spring 1988). Hopefully this advance
notice will prevent any more scheduling conflicts.
If you are interested, please respond at your earliest convenience.

The Yale Undergraduate Legal Forum is a student-run organization that sponsors
colloquiums on legal topics. These events feature a variety of speakers--
lawyers, judges, government officials, and legal scholars--and they have
become very popular on campus. Many of our members plan to attend law
school; others are simply interested in legal issues. All enjoy the opportunity
to talk with speakers from the legal community.
