This is to advise you that Mr. Robert J. Surrette, a staff member of the
Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, will be conducting an official
travel mission to Korea, Japan and Hawaii during the period August 4 through
18, 1985. He will travel under the auspices of the Speaker of the House in
accordance with his letter to the Secretary of State dated March 7, 1985.

Expenditure of funds for the payment of such expenses as may be required
is authorized by Section 1314 of the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 1954
(31 U.S.C. 22A).
