Thank you for your 19 March 1985 letter requesting
clearances for Mr. Louis Charles Finch.
As discussed with Ms. Rita Argenta of your staff, we cannot
process the.request for clearances for Mr. Finch until he has
an updated background investigation. The investigation must be
within the past five years, and Mr. Finch's is dated 1 November
1979.
Ms. Argenta advised that a new BI has been requested, and
as soon as that is completed we will process Mr. Finch for
these clearances.
